Claud`s Hamburgers in Tulsa

From the moment of walking in I was stared at like I was unwelcomed (I'm am a African American man), my order was wrong I tried multiple times to call back only for my calls to be not be answered or they would answer then hang up. I spoke with the owner. He did reach out to rectify the situation in a respectful manner & is taking the necessary steps to correct his staff. Which is highly appreciated. After speaking with him I found out my order was indeed correct & that they were having phone issues. Make no mistake my food was good.

Anyone who leaves this place less than 5 stars dines at Chili’s. But for real- every time I try a new burger joint, I am always sorry I didn’t give my business to Claud’s. You’d think making a burger and fries isn’t rocket science but the evidence suggests otherwise. Thank you for keeping it good and real! 🙏🏻😎

Moved to Tulsa in 1977 drag racing all over Peoria hanging out and found the BEST HAMBURGER PLACE in Tulsa,have been eating there ever since! What you don't know is they pick out and grind there meat fresh everyday along with all other items on the menu. The Patty was so thin. The burger contents was cool. It didn't look or taste like everyone says. Wasn't satisfied at all.

Good old fashioned burgers, a lot like the Lotaburger of yesteryear. Very good flavor. Don't just ask for "everything" and expect lettuce and tomatoes, you'll have to ask for them explicitly. The place is tiny and quaint - reminds me of the diner in the old Popeye cartoons where Wimpy asked for burger "for which I will gladly pay on Tuesday."

One of my team members recommended we go try it out on lunch and I’m glad I listened! Perfect burger joint that I’ll be stopping in on any time I’m in the area and in the mood for a good ole’ burger. Quick service, quality food and clean establishment.

One of the best burgers in town.

This place never disappoints. I normally like to try new items but when I come here I go for the blue and black burger with green chile. My burger had lots of flavor and juices, it was delicious. If in Tulsa, you have to stop here.

Great old fashion burgers! It is historic to the area. It may take some time for orders because it is so small. Call ahead for a to go order is my suggestion or don't go at prime eating times. Seating is very limited. The cole slaw is the best I've ever had. I can't eat it anywhere else because everything else pales in comparison.

Best burgers in T-town!

Excellent old fashioned cheese burgers cooked on a well-seasoned flat top grill! I ordered the coleslaw in lieu of the fries and it was awesome! My daughter had a burger with fries and she said that both were amazing! When I am in Tulsa, I will definitely go to Claud's again!

They are always great. I almost burned my mouth on the frys though. Perfect!

This is a historic restaurant for Tulsa since 1954. Not a whole lot of changes have been made. The burgers are smaller than other restaurants, but they are delicious!

Just a simple, old fashioned hamburger joint making outstanding burgers. Limited burgers, hamburger steaks, fries and few other items for sides. Prices are great and the burgers are amazing. Don’t let the idea these are simple burgers make you think boring. This place will take you back to your childhood and the old style burger drive ins. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very little seating so get it to go.

Went here not too long ago and ended up with FOOD POISONING. Advise that everyone stay away from Claud's at all costs.FOLLOW UP TO OWNERS' RESPONSE: Yes, I most certainly do "have an issue with the business" when you are not preparing your food correctly and are giving your customers food poisoning. You'd think that since you've been in business for so long you'd know what you're doing, but obviously not. I think I will actually file a complaint with the Tulsa Health Department now, thank you for the advice.

Loved it. The burgers are juicy and delicious. The toppings are minimal, but I suppose you could ask for more. The fries are unsalted (Thank you!) and taste like fried potatoes. I tried a side of steak sauce that went well on the fries, but it is probably best to leave them alone. The servers and cook were all welcoming and on spot. The wait time was minimal, and everything was perfect.

Their burgers are always great, this time they were very busy and forgot to add my veggies. Other than that the burger was good.

Quite possible the best burger I've had in a decade. Oh, and the staff is fantastic!My recommendation? A simple cheeseburger with grilled onions. AMAZING!

This is easily the best burger joint in town. I just laugh at the reviews pouting about alleged negative customer service and “poor food quality”. These are the warmest, friendliest business owners on Brookside and I’ve lived here for 9 years now. Eating here weekly is quickly becoming a family tradition for us. Never change!!

Hadn't been to Clauds in a long while. Was so glad to see, and taste, thst nothing had changed. The same meat cooked on the hot, flat grill. Delicious.

Awful! The hamburger was greasy and expensive. I could have gone to Sonic which was next door and got more food at a better quality n price than Claud's. It costed me about $8.50 for that greasy hamburger and very small soft drink. Never again!

Literally The best burgers on the planet. Order a double cheeseburger onions fried in... to die for. The family that owns the restaurant are wonderful and so friendly! ❤

Godd old fashioned burger.

Unbelievable hamburger I recommend everyone going here the juiciness of this burger is beyond words and not only that to complement it you have a perfect sear on the hamburger there is a crisping this to the outside edge it is unbelievable anyone who lives in this area must go here for get fast food altogether!

Checked out Claud's Hamburgers! Well I give 4.5 star based on the pandemic. The price was a little on the high side for what I got but I understand it's Brookside lol! I wanted to enjoy the sit down experience and listen and see the the environment but couldn't do it! I will definitely be back for round two! The people were friendly great food nice portion on the fries and the burger was juicy!

This place is GREAT! tiny little dining area, mainly just a bar counter. Staff is kinda stand off-is but the food is really good.

Cozy old school classic burger. I had a burger and a grilled chicken sandwich. I appreciated the hot bun and the meat was cooked just right. I had missed breakfast so I also ordered the grilled chicken. That was better than expected. The tomatoes were thick and juicy. The lettuce fresh and crispy. Service was friendly and quick. The grill is just there and you could see the food preparation. A kitchen table in many places would be a rarified treat. If visiting Tulsa it is worth a visit. And Trader Joe’s is very close by.

Something is wrong with this picture. Price matched thought. Someone must have been pigment shocked. Cashier did her job. Food tasted fine but how do you make this mistake? It's not like there were more than 3 people the eating or less than 2 cooks who can't read...I even got it
